Sponsored Content Policy

This policy sets out how Vexorin Labs LLP handles sponsored content: paid articles, placements, and mentions that we publish or arrange with third-party publishers on behalf of clients.

What sponsored content is

Sponsored content is content that a brand has paid to have published. It may be written by the brand, by us, or by the publisher, but the commercial relationship is what makes it sponsored. It is distinct from editorial content, which is commissioned and approved by a publication’s editorial team without payment from the subject.

Labelling

Sponsored content on our properties carries a clear label such as “Sponsored”, “Partner content”, or “Advertisement”, placed where readers will see it before or as they begin reading. For placements with third-party publishers, labelling follows the publisher’s own policies and the advertising rules that apply in the relevant market. We do not ask publishers to remove or obscure sponsorship labels.

Standards for sponsored content

• Claims must be accurate, substantiated, and not misleading.
• Content must comply with the advertising, consumer protection, and sector-specific rules of the markets it targets.
• Content must meet the publisher’s editorial and formatting requirements.
• Content must not impersonate independent reviews, news, or expert opinion.
• Content aimed at regulated sectors, including financial services, digital assets, and gambling, must include any required disclosures, age restrictions, and responsible messaging.

What sponsors control

Sponsors control the message of their sponsored content within the standards above and the publisher’s requirements. Sponsors do not control editorial content, reviews, rankings, or the coverage decisions of our editorial team or any third-party publisher.

Publication and availability

Acceptance of sponsored content is at the discretion of the publisher, including our own properties. Once published on a third-party platform, the content is subject to that publisher’s terms, including any later edits or removal.

No guaranteed outcomes

Sponsored placements are sold as publication of content in an agreed position. They do not come with guarantees of traffic, rankings, conversions, or other results.
